Enhance your home-touring experience by getting accurate, timely and detailed information about the home as you are driving by it or through it. And save your favorite toured homes for later viewing. The seller and/or agent adds photos, and soft and hard details about the home to HomeBeam, which then automatically get pushed to your phone while you are by the curb or walking through the home. All you need to do is install the app and turn on Bluetooth, and your home-touring experience will become a much richer one. The HomeBeam app requires location services to be enabled. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
